    After you contact us, we will:

    • Call you back to advise if the dates you requested are available
    • Confirm your reservation
    • Obtain your credit card information by phone (don’t send credit card info by email)
    • Let you know what to bring or refer to you our web pages containing this information
    • Make any arrangements with you for transportation from ferry or from Victoria to kayak dock

    One day before your tour or rental, please:

    • Call us (250) 686-2047 to confirm you are coming (message okay)
    • Provide us with the phone number we can reach on the day of the tour or rental
    • Ask us for directions to our kayak dock if you need to know!
